PHOTO/MEDIA: I give Magic Little Moments, consent to take photographs and/or videos of myself and my child during class time. I grant Brittany Logsdon and Magic Little Moments, full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or advertising. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, and press releases.

Magic Little Moments will use this information for processing your booking and running your class. We will not send you any marketing if you have opted out of the mailing list, though we will notify you that your course is coming to an end and your option to renew.
